Cooling Diffused Film

As global temperatures rise, greenhouses can reach a damaging 50°C, threatening crop health. VSC Cooling Diffused Film addresses this challenge by significantly reducing internal temperatures by 3–5°C (and up to 7°C in some regions), based on 2019 field tests in Thailand. Beyond cooling, this innovative film protects against leaf burn and empowers growers to achieve higher quality, increased yields, and earlier harvests.

PCR (PCR Shrink Film)

Shrink film with PCR (or post-consumer recycled plastic), or used plastics waste to be reused in the finished product as part of the circular economy concept, which is environmentally friendly, reducing the problem of excessive plastics waste. PCR also emits 25% less gas to the atmosphere than the normal plastic. 

PCR shrink film can provide good mechanical properties which make it easy to apply. We aim to use PCR up to 50% in collation shrink film and will be applied in other industrial films such as pallet shrink film, container liner, etc.

This film also cuts off some unnecessary wavelength such as ultraviolet (UV) and infrared (IR) which can reduce the temperature inside the greenhouse to be lower, less plants stress, and better crops yields, which is very suitable for the tropical climate countries such as Thailand, SEA countries,etc. It also provides even light inside the greenhouses for crops no matter it is in the center or in the corner of the greenhouse. 

VSC PhotoSelective greenhouse film can be used for both leaf and flower plants,which provide growers to have better quality crops in size, color, shape and taste,such as anthurium flower have bigger size, chili has more beautiful color and spicier.

Biodegradable Grow Bag

At VSC, we emphasize the importance of the sustainable

development of technology and design in material science. Together with R&D team from Naresuan University, we have developed and produced a biodegradable film that made from PLA and ground coffee. This product is 100% biodegradation (not leaving microplastic waste) and is carcinogenic chemical free, while maintaining its excellent user friendliness. 

"VSC degradable grow bag" is our new rising product that reduces a lot of plastic wastes in seedling cultivation, and also shorten the process of planting. The excellent properties of the biodegradable plastic can also be applied for various products such as hotel amenities, food packaging, etc.

Biodegradable Mulch Film

Our black-black biodegradable mulch film is specially made from tapioca starch

which can be produced in huge ton in Thailand. It can be decomposed naturally by 100% without causing any soil pollution. This type of plastic has good mechanical strength and high flexibility which can be applied easily with automatic film paving machine. 

A biodegradable mulch film can help increase crops yield by replacing traditional mulch film and also provides good opaque value, thus effectively reducing weeds growth, saving time and labor for growers.

Biodegradable Shrink Film

The environment crisis especially from the plastic waste have been widely discussed in recent years which made us even more concerned about sustainability project for the greener world. At VSC, we are not only using PIR (post-industrial recycled) but we also research and develop producing shrink film 

VSC has developed biodegradable shrink film, using three factors: sunlight, moisture, and air to help microbes start to decompose. This can be estimated at the total degradation within 2-3 years. This biodegradable shrink film also provides clearness and strength equivalent to normal shrink film, so it can be used effectively and also helps maintain the long-term environment.
